Sample Problem #1.
 

Given Problem.
Decompose the fraction into its addends with the common denominator.
Simplify each of the remaining fractions. Look for like terms.

Sample Problem #2.
 

Given Problem.
Rewrite problem with space left for the missing t squared term.
"What times t = 2t cubed?" - Answer: 2t squared. Multiply 2t squared times the t-1 divisor, subtract and bring down the next term.
"What times t=2t squared?" - Answer 2t. Multiply 2t times the t-1 divisor, subtract and bring down the next term (-3).
Check. True if the remainder of -3 is added.
