EOMIA is a collection of Latin translations of the canons, creeds, and letters of various councils and synods held in the fourth century.  This work was printed from 1899-1939 in several fascicles, so this page will help you find the correct volume for whatever you are looking for.  There is an index to this large work available online at this site:

1-34                     Apostolic Canons, according to the translations of Dionysius Exiguus.  Index on p. 34.

35-96               Lists of the names of bishops who attended the Council of Nicaea.  Various codices are compared in table form.

Includes a discussion on the origin of the commentary.  This commentary is believed to date c. 380.  Includes index of scriptural passages and terms. 

354-368           Commentary on the Nicene Creed/Tome of Damasus.  Of uncertain origin, but certainly ancient.  Index of scripture and terms.
